My go to liquor store in the neighborhood. Always super friendly and they remember you if you come in regularly enough. Some of their dry goods(chips, canned food, etc) tend to be on the older side, just steer clear of those. Other than that, great place to grab some beer and a lotto ticket. Parking lot is always almost full, I usually just walk over or park on the street to avoid the inevitable door ding.

i’ve seen you, staring at me from your corner location. calling my name. «B… B… » when im getting mexican food you whisper sweet nothing through the wind to catch my attention. finally after all these months of seeing you. i gave in. i walk into the store hopping for disappointment. like most liquor stores dont have some of the beers i enjoy and like… i walked in, whispering to myself«it smells like rotten fruit and afgan food.» the man behind the counter, wearing a shirt 4 buttons undone to show his manly chest.(gross) his hair plastered back to make sure every strand of is perfectly in place. travel kits of soap, toothpaste and pain killers lined up behind him. on top of that was a row of liquor bottles. as my eyes wondered across the whole store. the bottles kept going… different types of vodka, rum, scotch, bourbon and i can keep going. I venture towards the fridges in the back. at first mickeys, king cobra, and so on till i find, i found… REDTROLLEY! HEMPALE! SUMMERALE! DOUBLEBASTARD! CALICOAMBER!!! and the list goes on, i was happier then a pig in poop. not so far from my home and i can totally get good beer here… i think ill be making mexican and beer nights more often… yummy!
