4 Your Health Massage Center

Had my first deep tissue massage here today, found them through my insurance network… I have some back/​hip problems, and traditional Western medicine doesn’t seem to be cutting it. Realized massage therapy is partially covered by insurance and BOOYAH here I am.
Located near Howard Johnson on Hotel Circle South Road, 4 Your Health Massage Center is a group of small rooms and an office located inside a larger office building. Simple, efficient and without a lot of bells and whistles, their staff is what makes this massage center shine. They really listen to what you are hoping to accomplish (make my back pain go away!!!) and I felt very comfortable speaking up about pressure, areas I wanted more/​less attention paid to, room temperature, etc.
Lynora was my message therapist today, and she did an excellent job working out my knots and alleviating my pain. She is small, but surprisingly strong and I never had to say «more pressure please.» With my insurance discount, each 60 minute session will cost $ 45, and I am hoping that one every two weeks will make significant progress toward healing. Two thumbs up.
