4480 Euclid Ave Appartments

Welcome to 4480 Euclid Ave. I’ve been living here a few years now and decided when I came home to a roach sitting on my bed last night it was time to tell the world what an awesome place this is.
To begin with it’s INFESTED with roaches. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on roach poison in this past year alone. I live in a 2 bedroom now, but I used to live in a smaller apt in the same complex. That particular unit had rats and roaches. Yea… Rats. I caught 3 of the small ones in a trap under the kitchen sink.
Did I mention my rent is 1350 a month and I have no air conditioning? Yea so I come home last night to an apt that holds heat and has to be over 100 degrees inside with a roach on my bed.
Don’t move here. Whatever they say, no matter who owns it. We’ve had like 4 owners in as many years, nobody cares. Just run away before roaches get into all your furniture.
