Do not go to these folks for a loan. It is a bait and switch operation. I was quoted a 4.125% rate loan and today, after they have been working the file for one month and several times verified to me via email that I was locked in at 4.125%, they stated that the loan rate would be 4.5%. They claimed that they quoted the wrong building. This could not be true as they ordered the appraisal themselves and this was performed on the correct building. They later admitted that instead of locking the loan as requested, they floated the loan, so they could make more money. Do not fall for their bait and switch tactics or you will lose your loan and possible the property you are buying. 4r Real Estate Investments is a bait and switch operation that lies to its customers and will leave you hanging.
