We had Stevin come out and do some fence repair and replace a wooden gate. We were very happen to find him as most of the fence places we contacted felt our job was too small or we lived outside of their service area. Stevin was prompt, and provided a great estimate. He’s super personable and did a FANTASTIC job. It’s wonderful having a gate we can actually open and close with ease. I will definitely keep him in mind for the many jobs I foresee in the future.

So happy to have found Stevin. Our fence recently blew down during a freak windstorm about 2 months ago and I initially contacted three professional fence companies. Two came out to assess and measure but neither one came back to me with a quote that they promised. Even after couple of phone calls, they were unresponsive. I was getting desperate because my dog kept getting out through the broken fence so I found the 4S Ranch Handyman and called him. To make a long story short, Stevin built a beautiful new fence and gate for me and also installed a second gate that I had special ordered. I liked him so much that I asked him to paint the backyard fence, which he power washed and painted. I am planning renovations inside the house and will DEFINITELY use him again.

Stevin did an outstanding job! I had a hideous wall AC unit in my living room from the prior owners that needed to be removed. We have central air so the thing was just an eye sore in my living room. Not to mention the thing wasn’t even big enough to cool the room anyway.
I contacted him via Unilocal and he responded right away. He was able to quote me up front with dollar amount and time to complete the job. We scheduled a day and time via text. He did all of the work except for painting. I really appreciated his candor as he said he could do the paint himself but since the work would need to dry overnight before painting and that would require an extra trip which would raise the price. He offered to have me paint it to help keep the cost down. This was great because he was looking out for me and keeping costs down.
He is the perfect handyman. He showed up on time to the job at the time that we agreed. He said hello and got right to work. He powered through until all was complete. Completely self sufficient he kept his work area clean and when he was all he done packed up and cleaned everything up himself as if he’d never been there. The job took just a little longer than expected. Maybe and hour (seriously no big deal) so I expected him (like most handymen would) to try and raise the price a little and blame it on the house but he absolutely didn’t. He charged EXACTLY what he quoted up front.
If you’re looking for a handyman he is your guy for sure!

I cannot even begin to describe how glad we are that we found Stevin. He did numerous jobs in our older home, from the smallest plumbing fixes to complete interior drywall remodeling, installing lights, and so much more. It’s such a relief to have ONE person to take care of everything — he’s not just a handyman, he’s a universal genius. None of the «little surprises» that inevitably come up when remodeling an older home threw him off and he always stayed right on top of things.
He was always on time, easy to work with, kept us well informed about his progress, and left the job site clean and tidy every day (even mopped the kitchen floor after sanding the drywall!). He’s friendly, cheerful, honest, very well organized and professional. Thanks to his excellent work and expertise, we’re MUCH much closer already to making this house our dream home, and within a surprisingly short time.

After going through a previous handymans who could not get the job done In a timely correct way we lucky found our guy. He hung a ceiling fan, a huge mirror, mounted an entire entertainment center and more stuff and he did it perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the price is fair. Stevin installed a ceiling fan today and he is awesome! Was not an easy job for sure. I had other projects as large pictures hung and a shelf to hang. He and his helper were very professional and polite. Even cleaned up. Very impressed with quality of work and very reasonable prices. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a handyman! Also it’s great to have someone working in your home you can surely trust!

Stevin did some work in our yard recently, painting our pergola, adding electrical and installing lighting. As always he did an excellent job! He is professional and efficient and always leaves a tidy work site when the job is done!
