Located across the street from the Westin San Diego and about 4 blocks from Horton plaza. There is a covered structure and parking is $ 15 (as of January 2013) if you arrive after noon and leave before noon the next day. It is expensive for parking but much cheaper than $ 32 valet at the Westin!
The lot is clean and spacious and locked at night. You need your parking ticket to get into the structure which makes it feel a bit safer.
