A-​1 did an outstanding job for us. They were on time, clean, and efficient. All at a fair price.
It is surprising how hard it is to even get a call-​back from most of the roofers we called. I contacted, by phone, four companies and only was able to get a single bid — from A-​1.
I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend they to my friends and family.

I called A1 to get an estimate and I set up an appointment with Larry to come to my home. He was on time and very professional. He was very honest with the work that needed to be done and the cost. We had three other bids and his was by far the best. The work looks great and I send everyone I know to them for roofing needs. You will not go wrong using them.

As a realtor, I look for trusted professionals in my business because my clients and potential clients rely on my advice and experience. Larry has been handling roof inspections for me for nearly 10 years and I feel that the estimates he provides my clients with are always reasonable and generally better priced than his competitors. Larry’s inspections, generally follow that of a physical home inspector and his findings always seem to line up with that of the general inspector but giving the homeowner more detail for planning on where trouble spots my be, thus preventing future damage to the home and also a really good idea on the life remaining in the roof. Excellent company, local service and very trustworthy.

As a real estate professional, my clients come into contact with the need for a solid roofer to certify and inspect (and sometimes fix) a roof whenever a problem arises in the inspection process. Because we are so active in the industry, we need to have A+ professionals to turn to when out clients need them. Whenever a roof issue comes up, my first call is to Larry at A-​1. Larry is honest, punctual, and reliable. His estimations always are whats needed and not what can be done to beef up his pockets — this is a rare quality to have as a service provider, and its one of the reasons that Larry has remained on our short list over the years and stood the test of time while so many others fall out of favor (or out of business). When it came time to inspect a home i was purchasing, who do you think i trust when it comes to my roofing needs? No question. When it comes to roofing, from the estimates to the certifications to the actual repairs themselves, I have a high degree of confidence and respect for Larry and his team at A-​1 and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m really surprised by the other Unilocal reviews because they are completely opposite of the great experience I had with A-​1. My roof was leaking, so I had 3 different roofers come out for estimates. From the beginning, I knew A-​1 was different– a live person answered the phone and scheduled an estimator for the very next day (which was a Saturday). The other companies didn’t even respond until the following week. A-1’s estimator was a lot more knowledgeable, and the repair he suggested was half the cost of the others. The workers were professional, on-​time, and did a great job cleaning up. We’ve had some hard rain, and the repair fixed the problem. I’ve recommended A-​1 to friends and co-workers…who have also had great results.

Business must be really good for these guys. I had a roof with some leaks and called A1 All American Roofing to come out and give me a quote to re-​roof the structure. I was assured by Greg, that I would recieve a call, so that they could get out to look at the roof. No call… a week later I called to check on this price quote. I spoke with Greg, who mentioned that it would be a 40 min drive to come see the roof, so they haven’t been able to make it out. I guess the time that it would take to pic up the phone was also too much. I mentioned to Greg that i didn’t appriciate the lack of respones, his reply «okay».
I have no clue if they do quality work, and never will. Good luck to these guys in this booming economy. My advice… call someone else, these guys are far too busy for you.

Put a new roof on my house at a reasonable price but it leaked after the very first rain of the year. Then they came out and used a hose to find the exact spot of the leak, causing more damage to the stud bays of my house.
They fixed the leak but refused to pay me anything for the damage to my house.
