Jean just left from cleaning my home. She did a great job and was very trustworthy.
She was very kind when it came to making time for me before family came to town.
She works hard and it is important to her that you are happy with the job she does. She takes pride in her work and it shows.

Like most others, I had a horrible experience with Jean. I purchased a kgb deal and called to book an appointment more than 4 weeks in advance– it took several tries to reach her, since there were times that her voice mail box was full and I couldn’t leave a message. When I set the appointment, I specifically told her that I was having house guests coming the day following the appointment, but because of my work schedule I wouldn’t have time to clean — so I clearly let her know that changing the appointment at the last minute wouldn’t work for me. She «said» she wrote in her book «NO CHANGES». She also told me there was a trip charge of $ 20, even though my house was within the 20 mile radius of her zip code. When she asked me if that was OK, I said, «Frankly — no. But I don’t really have a choice do I?» Definitely bait and switch. But at the time, I chose not to get into an argument with her about it.
So…on the day she was supposed to arrive, she doesn’t show. 30 minutes after my appointment, I called and the call went straight to voice mail (with the voice mail full) so I kept trying until I got her. She asked if she could call me back when she got to her destination, because she didn’t have hands-​free for her phone — and when I told her that her destination was supposed to be my house 30 minutes ago, she didn’t even seem to remember she had an appointment with me! She said that she had an «emergency» for a builder that is a long-​time client of hers and that she would have to reschedule, because that was cash in her pocket. Huh??? When I told her that was unacceptable, and that she basically just screwed my weekend she said, «well at least you have a weekend.» I was completely baffled by her attitude — I’ve never encountered someone in business for themselves with such poor customer service skills. I immediately contacted kgb deals and got a refund. Lesson learned — you get what you pay for… don’t do it, no matter how good the deal seems!

I have never been so disgusted at a person in a long time. I purchased a KGB deal for 3 hour cleaning (see picture). Like others said, impossible to get a hold of this lady (Jean). Left a message and did get a return call after a few days. The deal said Monday through Saturday (again, it’s on the picture). She made a big deal about her not working on Saturdays. She said she did another groupon that excluded Saturdays. Told her I didn’t buy a groupon and she still sounded annoyed. Went ahead and scheduled me for a Saturday about 4 weeks in advance. Never heard from her, she didn’t show for the appointment and of course, calls go straight to voicemail.
I left her a message asking what happened and to call me to reschedule. Again, a few days after not hearing back she calls me and says she had the wrong number and couldn’t confirm (weird as she had called me once before).
I give her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled her for another Saturday. The Friday before, at 6pm, she calls and asks if I’m ready to pay the $ 25 trip charge. I was confused. She said she would need to collect that fee. I reminded her that the deal states that it’s good for anywhere within a 20 mile radius from 92 109. I live in 92 101. Even from the two farthest points it’s not 20 miles. What does she do next? Hangs up on me. Try to call her to get a refund and goes straight to voicemail.
RUN AWAY! Do not do business with this person. Not even if it’s free.

Stay away from jean. She is very unprofessional. We had an appointment set for 8 am and she didn’t show up until 9:30. She told me she would stay until the job was done, not just the 2 hours I paid for because she was late. Sounded good to me. I left to run errands and she called me at 1130 saying she was leaving because she had been there 3 hours. She must not know basic math because 930 till 1130 is only 2 hours. When I got back home she hadn’t cleaned the kitchen floor, which was the number one thing I told her to do. Find someone else. Don’t waste your time on her.
