Serious problem with Accredited Inspection! Beware!
Mr. French contracted to inspect 3 properties totalling 57 units in San Diego. He went to the site, but never issued a report, creating a very serious problem for me and my company. Moreover, he collected a payment of $ 2,720 which I have never received a refund for! BEWARE — DISHONEST BUSINESS

Andy French, home inspector came highly recommended for his very thourough inspections. We were purchasing an older historic home in San Diego and needed a very good inspection so that there would be no surprises later.
I scheduled an appointment with him on a Thursday and he was available for the inspection on Monday. He showed up promptly and his inspection ran about 4 hours. His inspection was indeed very thorough and worth every penny.
The inspection revealed the need for some major repairs, however we still bought the house having the confidence of knowing what was needed. Thanks Andy!
