If you KNOW you are going to be late why the heck wouldnt you call your customers ahead of time, you know, the ones who clear their schedule to wait at home and twiddle our thumbs during the 2 hour window you say the technician is supposed to arrive??? Where is the customer service nowadays?

Had a plumbing issue with our drain pipes. Our plumbing system was backed up and sewage was coming back up slowly through the pipes. Ace came quickly, probably in less than 40 or 50 minutes which was awesome. They hooked up their equipment and got straight to work as soon as they came. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us why it was it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. I was very pleased with the service considering we called them at 10 pm on a Friday night. If you need a plumber in San diego, call these guys!

Absolutely great! We called ace contractors because our upstairs toilet clogged and was overflowing. We needed a plumber asap. Ace quickly came within 45 mins after we had called. Everything was repaired that very same day and the cost was very reasonable. We also got 20% off by mentioning their internet coupon. All in all we had a great experience and will be using ace again when we need a San Diego plumber. Thanks ace!

I called ace at the recommendation of a family friend. We were having an issue with our hot water heater and we needed someone to come out asap to fix it. Ace came the same day that we called and even called us when they were 20 minutes away just to let us know they were on the way. Eric, the plumber that was sent was very respectful and arrived on time. After he diagnosed the issue he explained the problem to us and gave us two solutions. He could bandaid fix the issue temporarily for us, or we could upgrade. We figured that we might as well upgrade our home to a tank less water heater system. Eric helped us install the upgrade and made everything super easy for us. The price was very reasonable and was exactly as described in the written estimate. We fully recommend ace contractors and will be using them again when we need another plumber
