I just want to thank Dalia from member services because she is the only one in HR department who really made me feel valued. She answered all my questions, she looked into further detail regarding my call, she gave me answers and even offered a solution in case my problem wasn’t solve. It is impossible to speak to an actual person regarding anything. The office never answers their phone… apparently ever. They transfer you to their answering service who doesn’t know anything about their policies, payment, availability. The answering service will refer you to the website or just tell you to call back, but when you do, bam, answering service. The website is missing key information and is vague about policies and necessary information on a monthly contract.
