I’m not sure how they are from the prospective of a renter. However, from the prospective of someone who worked with Air Concierge as a Landlord, my experience with them was largely negative. My bookings dramatically increased once I listed the unit myself. The company was not very response on important issues. I had to stick to a contract where I was losing money, because I had agreed upon a specified term. I would definitely not recommend them from the perspective of a Landlord. I certainly wouldn’t agree to a long contract that you are not allowed to cancel if you do want to try them.

It was such a relief to find Air Concierge! Last month, my husband and I had a vacation planned during the time of move-​in/​move-​out of vacation rental tenants. I found Air Concierge on the internet-​it was exactly what I was looking for. In the past, I have had to ask a friend or relative to help me in this type of situation, but I really didn’t want to ask one more time… Air concierge exceeded my expectations! Every step of the process was communicated and handled perfectly, including a couple of plumbing issues on check-​in day. I look forward to using this company in the future!

From the moment we enquired about the rental property, to the arrival date, to the day before departure, and even after departure I was impressed with Ryan’s responsiveness. He was sincere in making sure we had the best stay possible, not only in his rental property but also in the San Diego area. The hospitality basket was a nice touch and was very much appreciated! Thank you Ryan for being such a stellar property manager!

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan as our host during our stay in San Diego in February. Ryan was responsive to our requests/​needs prior to arrival and during our stay. We appreciated the welcoming package and felt extremely comfortable. When anything came up on the property, he was more than reachable, and responded quickly. As vacation home renters you never know what to expect from the property or the contact person but in this case we were. Ryan made our trip easy and nothing short of a perfect vacation.
