All About Fire

George is a rockstar! I have an older BBQ Galore unit that is long discontinued. George and Manual (sorry if I got it wrong) came exactly on time. I only had a 5 hour window as my home is a vacation rental. They completely removed the BBQ, cleaned ever inch of the BBQ, tighten, polished and fixed everything possible. The BBQ works great, looks great and they spent almost 5 hours on it, He even built a new bottom to the rusted out drip pan. His truck is full of his «tricks of the trade». What a real professional, real gentleman and I would definitely recommend George to clean your BBQ before you determine that you need a new one. He is so honest, he will tell you not to waste your money — or if it’s worth it. Thank you George for my clean BBQ & piece of mind! Before I do anything with the BBQ in the future, I am calling you!

Our outdoor gas fire pit was in need of maintenance due to rust/​corrosion. As a capable DIY’er, I purchased a new gas distribution ring but ran into trouble when trying to remove the very corroded old ring and nut on the vertical gas stem. We were referred to George Brown at All About Fire and in between jobs, he came to the rescue on short notice. He raised the clearance with a new stem and went out and purchased a bigger, better stainless steel distribution ring. Finally, he made recommendations on new lava rock choice and placement which turned out to improve fire and heat distribution. George was prompt, professional (explained things very clearly to my wife in my absence), did high-​quality work and his price was fair. We are very satisfied with his service, would hire him again and, would recommend him to others without hesitation.

George installed our new Bull BBQ. This entailed removal of our old Turbo grill, retrofitting our cinderblock outdoor island to fit the new grill, and creating two air vents to meet the new BBQ code. His price was very reasonable, especially in light of the amount of time it took him to do this. He had me text him pictures of the job so he would have a better idea of what the job would entail, and he did not change his estimate once he got to my house. He was really very nice and is an experienced griller himself. He showed us how to operate the new grill and gave us some great tips and taking care of our new grill. My star rating is really more like a 4.7, only because of some minor issues regarding the metal on the vents looking slightly bent and that I would have liked to discuss the option of putting an electrical outlet inside the island. I would highly recommend All About Fire to anyone considering any of the services he provides. I will definitely hire him again when the time comes to put in fireplace logs and a firepit.

George Brown delivered our island grill today. We are very satisfied with the quality of the delivery and installation. George took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate and clean the grill. He answered our questions and gave recommendations on how keep the grill properly maintained. Thanks for a great job!
