All Seasons General Contracting and Solar

Please do not hire this company. They don’t know what they are doing. I hired them to put on a metal standing seam roof and cover the soffits and facia with metal. They put the wrong paper on my roof. I have a 1.5:12 pitched roof and they should have put self adhesive paper underlayment instead of the Titanium paper. I could of done a better job on the facia and soffits my self. I hired them on 06/​19/​2012 and they told me that I had to have the siding on my new house before they could wrap the soffits and facia with metal. Come to find out when they came to start the work a year and a half later that I didn’t need the siding up after all. 9÷13÷14 Just received a letter from their bond company stating that the company did do terrible work at my house and are giving me the full bond. Waiting for the California Licensing Boards report. They might be pulling their License.

I used this company to re-​do my entire outside of my 27 year old home. We picked out a new roof, new stucco with a beautiful brownbag color with lighter color accents around the windows and a cat’s face finish that is so nice. metal roof on tower, and new matching gutters, we wrapped our facia boards with matching metal so we never have to paint again. we added stone and best of all Solar panels. Our electric bills have dropped from $ 900.00 a month to currently $ 5.10 a mo. I could not be happier with all the work that they did on our big project. It went very smooth and the guys were the best people to deal with. I have had many bad experinces in the past with other contractors, when we first built the home and this was by far the easiest. I recommend anyone to at least let them bid out your job, and meet the crew. the owner Duke Le has become a life long friend. what more could you ask for. I honestly enjoyed the whole transformation. We went from a plain Spanish style home to an elegant Tuscan look. LOVE IT. we get a lot of compliments and our house is now the feature of their advertisement. great job.thanks to all the crew and the office girls.

I had talked to a couple of the office people at the company and they where very helpful and courteous. The employees where very eager to help and have been very attentive to my needs. The solar was installed very nicely and I now save money on my electricity every month and avoid paying SDG&E.
