Allegra has been my printer for three plus years now. My husband and I do a lot of small projects– we play in local bands and have done a lot of fliers for shows, which always turn out great. He also had his business cards and brochures done with Allegra. Each year I hold a recital for my drum students and have the show programs and tickets printed at Allegra as well. We do a lot of small projects, and a lot of times they are put together at the last minute. Often our designs are not done until a day or two before we need the materials. Even though other print shops might consider us «headache» clients for the short runs and ASAP turnaround times, Allegra has always treated us with top-​notch service and offered fair pricing. The quality of their work is what keeps us coming back. We once tried to run business cards with a different print shop and the colors came out unappealing. Allegra’s materials are always vibrant and high-​quality, and give our projects the extra edge. We are proud to hand potential clients our brochures and cards, and my students love feeling like real professionals when they sell tickets to their annual recital. This business is awful. I came to get business cards printed as well as a 5 X 8 carbon copies made and they said it would be done in two days. Well, it took them over a WEEK to get it back and guess what? They sent us the wrong dimensions after the guy assured us that we wanted 5X8 and confirmed in person before leaving the store.
Three words: overpriced, incompetent, late

I came to Allegra for business card printing after a botched job at another printer. Their staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Excellent selection of stock and ink.
The card work required 2 revisions even though I provided the design. The first proof needed mods in relative sizing, which was my fault. The 2^nd proof had some print-​related irregularities that escaped their QC. Once identified, they fix the issue immediately and provide rapid printing/​delivery.
They definitely aren’t cheap, but the quality is very good. As a non-​retail business, my card is often my first contact and they do a great job of representin’.
