Good albeit tiny library. I like going here because it’s near my house and I can borrow as many books and CDs as I request(note: there is a limit but I don’t borrow as much as you might think). The people who work here are usually pretty nice and get my stuff checked out in a breeze. Occasionally there will be a used book sale where you can find hidden gems. Because this place is small, there isn’t a huge selection, but the best thing about this library is that you can request books/CDs from other branches and you can conveniently have it delivered to your place. For me, it only takes a couple days. FYI, this library is old and not as updated as the Mission Valley or North University library. But I still like it. :) Recommended.

This library is great. It has a decent collection and the building is midcentury. There’s always plenty of room and hand sanitizer on the tables. People are friendly too

A block away from the park and a block away on the other side from foster’s freeze, you can easily keep your kids entertained all day around here. Story time is always good, with a rotating variety of teacher-types reading stories; they don’t mind if your kids can’t handle sitting yet. And what I also like are the displays, usually art or hobbies by locals. It feels very community-oriented. The librarian takes no guff and seems kind of crotchety at first, but she’s actually very kind.

A good, small, intimate library that is tucked away in a small area at the end of Zion Ave. Its collection isn’t that big or impressive(the same can be said of the outside structure of the branch), but it has some DVDs and books that are not widespread throughout the system. It’s next to a big park, too, and if it weren’t for the fact that I am a regular visitor of the Kaiser hospital west of the branch, I would never have known about the location of the place.

Quiet little library right across from Lewis middle school and a park. Another small library near my house and not too far from SDSU. It has an alright selection. Good DVD, and soso CD collection. I did find a good selection of books on buddhism and religion if you are interested in that. Also great belly dancing tape that has some great err egyptian moves that show you how to thrust.(hahaha oh the crazy things you find delirious from heat in the summertime)
