AlphaPrint

Sean, Chad, and the whole Alpha Team were amazing! I am a business owner running a full-​service accounting firm. We opened a new office in Carlsbad and needed signage and branding for the new Carlsbad office and our Vista location. We have never used AlphaPrint before. We looked them up online and on Unilocal and decided to give them a go. Our former printer was in Las Vegas.
The job we needed was significant. This was not the usual business card, flyer, banner stuff. We needed Trade-​show quality «Gatorboard» dimensional signs and lettering. The Alpha seemed quite familiar with what we were trying to accomplish and gave us a quote within our budget.
After the usual back-​and-​forth with art approvals, they want to «print».
This next part I probably should not be telling you. Sean was going to be in our area on a Friday morning. Sean actually delivered our project to our new Carlsbad office at no cost. I’m not quite sure how that worked out, but was fantastic!
The signs and lettering are absolutely beautiful! When the employees at Alpha are freaking out on them, you know they look good.
From what I understand, Alpha was able to secure 2 more jobs like ours just from clients walking in and seeing our stuff.
We are now looking at other orders we can place with Alpha; perhaps the trade show package? We shall see.

AlphaPrint has now been providing me and my company printing services for about two years now. They have always worked with me to find the perfect product to what I need. Pricing is good as well. AlphaPrint to the Rescue!
I had two short weeks to come up with a booth for an industry tradeshow and Sean and his team were extremely helpful. Not only were they able to get me everything I needed, but they were able to do it quickly and at a great price. Great business, came across them using Unilocal.Needed a local print shop to help with some signage for a gym I was working for. They were friendly, fast and affordable.
Whatever I needed and spoke to Sean, his team would get it done. They are a great company, awesome customer service and will be sending more business any chance I get.

AlphaPrint rocks!
As a graphic designer, it is essential for me to have a local source that I can depend on. I work on a lot of last minute projects that demand an understanding printer. I have started using Alphaprint a few years ago when they were located in Pacific Beach. These guys print on a variety of media. They have quite a portfolio and I hope that their new website will show their full capabilities. If they can’t do it, they’ll find a way to get it done. This is how customer service oriented they are.
I’ve found that these guys to always go above and beyond for a customer. That’s what really sets them apart. The printing word is full of jerks and thankless clients who always demand more.
Alphaprint has always been fair with me and always reasonable priced. If their quote ever come higher than a competitor, there’s a good reason why. Trust me, it’s worth paying the difference. I learnt it the hard way. I’d rather pay more for dependable work than go with a cheaper quote and have problems later.
Wendy, Sean and Maria are very dependable and genuinely work hard to take care of their customers.

I meant to submit this review in October ’14! Oops! Sean was SO helpful with signage for our annual community event. The quality was beautiful and the service, AMAZING. We don’t plan to use anyone else. He took time to make sure we knew our options, and then went above and beyond with the products themselves. Thank you, Sean!
