Richard Alvord is always the first name I recommend to my buyer clients when they are looking for a professional home inspection. Richard is very detailed in his inspections and reporting which makes my job easier. The client leaves the inspection with a great understanding of the condition of the property while not being overwhelmed with information. Richard also is excellent at explaining the magnitude of any property concerns; he does not make small issues seem large but does not gloss over the pressing conditions.
Richard is also very punctual both with his inspection timing and with generating the end report. His reliability and professionalism make recommending him easy.
