They charged $ 250 to find the leaks at my house/​in the lawn irrigation system. I knew that up front, and was fine with the price, but I fully expected that they would correctly identify the leaks. Not only did the «specialist» incorrectly indicate that four of our irrigation lines were completely dysfunctional, but the receipt he left was almost completely illegible. To pay $ 250 for less than an hour of work which was done incorrectly is pretty maddening.
I give two stars because they were flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, and later provided the information from the receipt via email so that we could actually read it.

A significant amount of water was mysteriously leaking from our pool and we called American Leak Detection after being referred by our pool maintenance company. Because of the large number of service calls I was told it could be a few days before a repairman could be dispatched. Luckily, they were already in our neighborhood and came the same day. The leak was detected and a temporary repair was applied. They are scheduled to return in a couple of weeks to complete a full repair. The cost of the temporary repair will be applied to the total. At this point we are very satisfied… Stay tuned.
