My 12 year old daughters iPhone froze during an update! Anyone who knows how important phones are to tweens know what a big deal that is… Apple Butler fixed it! He also connected all our Apple devices so we now have a shared family iCloud account, we all have individual accounts, share photos, and music. All iPads, iPods, iPhones, and computers are all in sync… Without my children getting all my texts and emails! Thank you Apple Butler!

Apple Butler is an amazing service! My computer appeared to have a virus of some sort, so I could not access my desktop or files. I called Apple Butler and they not only repaired my computer, but they also helped me organize how I back-​up my files and applications. I have four children and I was worried about the safety of the technology in our home. Apple Butler gave me practical steps to keep my family safe. I am planning on having the owner present these tips to our school’s PTA. Such a great resource!
