Chosing hospice care for my mom was the hardest decision I ever had to make. Apreva hospice made the experience 10 times worse. Instead of feeling supported by hospice… I felt more confused and like I was a burden to the Apreva staff! Multiple times I called for the support I thought hospice would provide, but insted I was insulted and talked down too, as if it was my fault that my mom was in pain?
Bottom line is that the theory of hospice is amazing, but you should really look at the company you choose to provide your loved ones care during tgeur last days on earth.
I absolutly wouldnt trust Apreva (again) to provide end of life care for anyone that i care about!

This team is truly what hospice is all about. MDs, NPs, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, and wonderful volunteers. They are innovative in end of life care– true quality! I appreciate the invaluable care given and received by the team.
