Aquapro Structural Maintenance

If zero stars was an option, this company should receive zero. Please see our complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this company. We totally agree with the other comments about the slime ball, aggressive salesman. He followed my wife into our garage as she was unloading groceries. They were insistent on doing a test patch of our roof and cleaned a 5×5′ area of the front roof. We signed a contract on an iPad for them to complete the rest of the roof, but they never emailed the contract to us like they were supposed to have done. I checked the email and it was correct before I signed. After we reviewed the Unilocal reviews, we decided to cancel. The only contact number they provided was with the national level prayers and they did not respond to our phone calls locally. We told the national organization that we would like to cancel. The morning that they were previously scheduled to come they called my wife and confirm that they were canceled. They did not mention any penalty or payment. That day our credit card was charged in full for the roof cleaning. We file a complaint with our bank and they investigated the company for fraud. The bank found their activities to be fraudulent and refunded our payment. Immediately after the bank refunded our payment, AquaPros again charged our credit card for the full amount. We had to cancel that credit card and go through our bank to investigate this fraudulent charge again. We have complained to the national headquarters but they distance themselves from the local franchise.

Couldn’t be happier with Felix, Omar and Junior who replaced bad wood, meticulously prepped and then painted the exterior of my house. They always arrived on time, worked hard and never left even the slightest mess. Best crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!
If you exercise due diligence before signing the contract, ask about ‘hidden damages’ and know exactly what you will be paying for you will be rewarded with a job well done at a reasonable price.

what a slime ball. comes thru a 5 foot gate on a Saturday afternoon in a private residence and gets kids in pool to find a parent. then proceeds to try to bs mom about mold on the roof and what he would do. what a flake. anyone who has no more common sense or respect for privacy does not deserve a chance for my business

Aquapro came out to my house and performed a structural inspection and identified a leak that no one else could find. I am so glad Aquapro was able to help me any my home! I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family. They completed the work quickly and at an affordable price. Thank you your staff was very clean and polite.

A client of mine recommended AquaPro to me when I told him my house needed a makeover of some kind. They power washed my house, so that it looked like I got a new paint job! I then had them clean my roof and gutters. They did an amazing job. They were extremely meticulous and thorough in all aspects.
The neighbors on each side of me then had their houses done after they saw how great my house looked.
I would highly recommend them!

Beware of this charlatan! He’s not licensed, though he claimed that he is. The address on his so-​called contract and business card is a mechanic’s shop! He’s nowhere to be found. If he hadn’t lied about his ability to complete the quoted job, we would never have found out. He’s threatening and a crook. Stay away!
