I love this place. Expensive so I don’t come often. I really enjoyed the customer service.

Hi. I just want to report that today, while shopping at the Armani store in Fashion Valley Mall, San Diego I had a bad experience. Having bought a few items and paid for them with my credit card, I assumed that my transaction was completed securely. Unfortunately, later in the day I learned that my credit card has been charged not once, but twice for items that I did not purchase. Please be advised ad Aware of the danger at the risk of using your credit card at this store. As a result ugh this experience, I had to cancel my card and now I am waiting for a new card to be issued.

This place is pricey, but it’s a good place to shop if you need to wear something different from everybody else. $ 42 t-shirts and $ 70 button downs is too expensive for my style. There’s a lot of workers and not enough customers every time I walk through.

The awesome aesthetic appeal of the off-white sweater at the door front drew me in here. Then the top-notch customer service kept me in the store a bit longer. I came to the following conclusion. Armani Exchange has some really cool items, but some terrible ones too. I simply HATE their AX logo shirts. Talk about tacky crap! Did they hold a design contest at a home for mentally retarded people? It looks like Aeropostale garbage. They also have some stuff that looks pretty ridiculous, unless you are a rapper. I am talking about the royal blue puffer jackets. Now some things were nice, but priced way too high. However, paying $ 89 for that sweater I saw was a good deal, I thought. The Asian fellow who assisted my friend and I was helpful, and responded positively to our stupid jokes. He also tried to go for the sale, but not in an obnoxious way. All in all, this place has good customer service, and if you hunt you can find one or two decent bargains.

I bought a button-up shirt off the clearance rack thinking it was a great deal. Well, I decided to wear it to work one day, cut off the tag, and got in my car. I looked down only to see that the buttons left gaping holes all the way down my body, not because the shirt was too tight, but I guess because the buttons were spaced too far apart. Clearly I couldn’t wear that to work, so I went back inside and changed clothes. When I took it to return it, they refused to refund my money! Since I cut the tag off and«wore it»(for all of five minutes), they said I couldn’t have my money back. Not only that, but they were super snotty about it, as if I were a total jerk/poor person/totally beneath them to even ask. They pointed to a tiny bit of make-up on the inside of the shirt to point out that it would have to be damaged out. The make-up was much darker than what I wear and was probably already on the shirt when I bought it, since it was in the store long enough to be on clearance. And it was barely noticeable and could have been gotten out pretty easily.(Plus who would want to buy the shirt anyways?!) After much discussion I finally managed to get a store credit, but I haven’t spent it because I don’t really want anything in the store. I will not be shopping here again, ever. Why waste my money on something that can’t be returned if it’s defective?

You know, I’ve never been that big on labels. In fact, I pretty much wanna get violent with people obsessed with labels. So for the longest time I was a Levi’s only guy. Eventually I tried on some A/X jeans and I was hooked. This is one label that I’ll sport. For jeans at least. You’re still not gonna find me spending this much for a damn t-shirt.

I was never an AX fan, but after I moved from Boston 5 years ago. I came to this wonderful city and found out that there is no fashion store that I wanna step into. I love FCUK and there isn’t any here, so I got to settle with AX. The problem of AX is that it’s so damn *beep*ing expensive and its logo T-Shirts…man, the AX Logo T-Shirts, I hate them with a passion. Apart from those, AX is ok, some designs are nice, but they will make a hole on your paycheck.
