Hi,
I have been emailing Roxana, Rodrigo and Dorina for the last few months and still haven’t heard back with a date on when our art piece is going to be delivered. Considering we paid for it almost a year ago, this is very disappointing. Please respond asap, or at least refund our payment.

This store has a lot of attractive, unique and colorful objects, but beware having any item made for you based on what you see in the store.
I ordered a metal fish sculpture and paid a substantial deposit. When the piece arrived (much later than the 2 – 3 weeks it was supposed to take), it was not at all the quality of the three fish sculptures on display. I offered to take one of the three instead of the one they made for me. The store refused.
I had an appointment with the art director today, but he never showed up. I had to wait a half hour, during which time I had an acrimonious exchange with the salesperson, before being told the director was not coming.
Be warned! Buy something off the floor, but don’t order anything. I have to now dispute the charge with my credit company and, possibly, go to small claims court to get my deposit back.
