PROS: Maybe if you are a local business that neighbors the shop, like the tattoo place on the corner, you know when someone is there because you actually see them unlock the shop with your own eyes, and can catch them and have them print your signage. CONS: Unresponsive, do not keep to published business hours, the shop phone is a cell phone(and is answered, in my experience, only once out of every 7 calls made during business hours), the webpage has been suspended, they are inaccessible, unreliable, and unprofessional. — This has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I’ve ever had! I needed a large vinyl printing job, and in November I called around to a few places for quotes. I saw the Unilocal Deal for Avenue Sign & Graphics, and included them in the quote research. The person I spoke with said that they could do my job, and gave me a good quote, and with the $ 150 off $ 300 deal, it was a no-brainer for me. I bought the deal. As the time came around to get the piece printed, I called the shop to schedule a time to come in and go over the digital files and finalize details. Their business hours are listed as 10AM-4PM. I called them at 1:30 on Monday, and no one answered. The phone message said«please leave a message for…(long pause, no name)…*BEEP*. I left a message and told them I’d like to set up a time to come in and print my job with them. I did not receive a call back. I called again at 2:20, no answer. I left another message. I called again at 2:30, and did not leave a message. I received a call from them finally at 3:40. I spoke with the woman about a job, and she said that she had already left, so couldn’t meet with us today(of course, if she had answered my call earlier or called me back earlier, I could have met with her that day.) She said to come in the next day. I asked her if she would be there between the hours of 10 and 4, and she said she would not be there from 2 – 3 for sure. She said to just give her a call at that number, which is her CELLPHONE, when I was on my way over.
I gave her a call 20 minutes before I arrived(no answer). I arrived to see an «OPEN» sign in neon lights, and a locked shop with no one inside. I waited 40 minutes, and no one came, and no one called me back. After this experience, I began to doubt whether they would be competent enough to actually carry out my job to my specifications. Could I trust them to verify my exact measurements? Would they be available for me to come by and look at a proof? Would they even print a proof? I called the next day at 8:30 in the morning, and left a message saying that I really needed to get the job started, and if I didn’t receive a call by 1PM(a tremendously long and overly gracious window of time), I would have to take my business elsewhere. I never received a return call. — I did take my business elsewhere, and I’m getting my money back on the Unilocal deal. Don’t be fooled into thinking you can get away with a great price on printing with these folks, unless you have plenty of time to waste. And please, don’t go with anything complicated — I worry about that for your sake. Oh, and when you go to meet them in person, make sure you have AC in your car, because you’ll be waiting a while. Or bring a lawn chair and a beer. Or go get your tattoo touched up. Just don’t expect to be efficient.

Great sign company, very fast and did a great job on a couple of banners for our business. Kristy was a pleasure to work with and she went the extra mile for us.
