The price was really good, and the guys even helped me put in my new battery - (I’m not sure if this is something they normally do, but I don’t have tools and it is quite a bit harder than it looks!) Was in the kearny mesa area when the battery on my truck started to act up. Went to battery systems and they were extremely helpful. Really great customer service and competitive prices. They made a potential nightmare of a day totally painless. Thanks again guys!

So it was 4:55 when we called this battery shop they said we close at 5. Which i guess means right when it hits 5 exactly everyone rushes out the door and runs to their cars. So we end up getting to this place at 4:59 and the guy comes out and is making a big deal about how they should be leaving instead of helping us. So after a 3 minute Ordeal of going back and forth he finally wants to compromise with us and test the battery. My friend kept his car running because if he turns his car off it wont start again but thats the only way to test the battery. All my friend asked was «hey do you guys have jumper cables just incase it wont start» and he says «no» then catches himself and says actually we do but the drawer is locked. After he said that i was just about done with mike so i asked «hey do you guys have a Unilocal» and he said «yes» and within a minute he became a nice guy and decided to say that he does have a pair of jumper cables in his truck. So right when my friend goes to start his car the guy starts saying stuff under his breath and looking all pissed off. So after he test the battery and says its fine he goes inside and points at us and most likely talking shit. So thank you mike for the work customer service ive ever witnessed in my life. I will NEVER go back to this place i would rather pay 50 more dollars and go to bmw for a battery instead.
