I have worked with this business and with its principals, Josephine and Bogdan, before. They strike me as knowledgeable but more importantly they’re energetic and willing to put in the effort to do a good job. I’ve worked with another real estate company before but the professionals there struck me as more comfortable with the routine or perhaps even somewhat burnt out, and I had a mediocre experience. Not so here, where time and again I benefited from their helpfulness and expertise. I started recommending this business to my own friends now, and I also recommend it to you. In particular, they really opened my eyes to the pretty low price of higher-​end condos and showed me how my preferred lifestyle is a lot more affordable than I thought before. Keep it up, Bay Realty!
