I ordered shirts here for a club at my school. Pam was especially helpful in getting my shirts in order to meet my deadline! The products are very high quality and the designers were very helpful in converting our club’s design onto tshirts and hoodies!

What an amazing customer service. Pam the owner is beyond professional and she has a team of experts working very hard and professionally creating great products. Our business uniforms turned out excellent. In less than an hour they created me two dozens of promotional coasters. I’m very impressed and will recommend everyone to them. I have walked by this place several times and never went in. I needed a last minute Christmas gift so decided to go in and have a tee shirt made. The employees were super nice, professional and fast. The person I gave the gift to loved their specially made tee. Highly recommend for any tees you need made. Quality of work and tees are great and prices are same as if not less than other tees.

I used to drive pretty far to get custom tee shirts done and have to wait in line. Found Big Frog recently and so excited. close to my home & work, great friendly shop that does quality work with a fast turn around! The shirt for our boss at work was a big hit! These guys are the best! I called and placed a rush order over the phone for pick up the next day. They took care of the design, emailed it to me for approval and had it ready the next day. The quality is great and the price was more than fair. We will definitely be back!

I have not received my final product yet but the customer service was awesome! Meagan was very good helping my husband and I create our custom designs for our shirts we knew exactly what we wanted and she was able to make it happen. the different options were presented to us as well as the pricing.

Very poor customer service and terrible pricing. I previously worked for a printing company and we always provided samples for new customers to mitigate risk for clients. BigFrog was not willing to take on any risk and instead of empathizing, Tom stood behind the statement, «That’s our policy.»
I certainly won’t be back.

Outstanding customer service, simply just email pay and reply. They can have it done the same day for any event. The only thing is I felt their large was more like a medium and their XL is halfway to a XXL

I will never go anywhere else to get shirts made. WE came in looking to get seven custom shirts for an upcoming Birthday Cruise with a basic idea of what we wanted. The guys there offered tons of options for designs and materials to print on. It’s a bit overwhelming, but the gang is very helpful and can guide you through the process easily.
Great quality shirt and printing, fast turn around, reasonable price, and wonderful service and staff. Highly recommended!

Well I sure the heck learned a lot about ordering custom T-​shirts.
The first red flag was when the owner agreed to a set price for 24 shirts for $ 13.75 per shirt for a 1 color front and back design.
Then AFTER seeing our logo immediately jacked the price… for what I really don’t know. So instead of having a total of $ 275, I get to pay close to $ 400.
After getting a phone call to come pick them up (taking time off of work and driving 30 miles each way) I get there to find the shirts have a freaking misprint on ALL OF THEM. Arggghhhhhh!
They didn’t even check the shirts before calling me and wasting my time.
This has me seeing red, as I had to have these shirts for a trade show. They promised to make it right and they ultimately did, but I will never use them again.

My friends and I decided last minute to create some tank tops for a concert we were going to. I came in on a Thursday morning and I got my completed order Friday afternoon and I could not be happier with my final product!
The staff here are great and very helpful. They explain how the whole process works from start to finish. The price printing the shirt is included in the price of the shirt. Since we got tank tops it was a bit more expensive at around $ 18 a shirt. To print on the back side is an extra $ 5 which is not bad at all for the quality and quick turn around time you get. They have a wide variety of shirts to choose from. You can bring your own shirt to print on but they prefer you buy one of their shirts to make the process smoother. There are no set up fees and you can use any amount of color. If you can design it they can print it! That was one of the reasons I decided to come here instead of a screen printing store. You can either email them your design or come in with a flash drive and they will help edit and format your design so that it will be proportional to the shirts you are getting.
Like I said I submitted my design and got my whole order of 7 shirts done in 1 day. The shirts came out great! Colors were very vivid and I was told since they use a printer and not screen printing the shirts will not fade when you wash them. I highly recommend this place if you ever need any shirts made. Great staff, super friendly and helpful, and you will get an amazing product. We got a lot of compliments from other concert goers! I am for sure coming back when I need more shirts made.
