Bonnie Lander is an excellent voice teacher and an awesome person! I studied with her at UCSD during my undergrad, and she helped me to grow and broaden my musical tastes as well as to develop my instrument. I had never sung avant garde music before studying with Bonnie, but she made it approachable, engaging and fun. She also gave me great coaching on standard repertoire and vocal technique. I learned a lot about my limits (or lack thereof!) and about the flexibility of the human voice. I highly recommend her!
