It’s the best carne asada fries and chips I got from there! Those workers are so nice and respectful to the customers. That female worker who always smile and worked as cash register on Saturday afternoon I went long time ago, she seems so nice, friendly, and cute. The other female worker who worked as cash register often, she’s very polite.

Been coming for a while and this place has just been going downhill every time I come. Prices are ridiculously expensive for the quality they serve. Second time I’ve walked in here and they’re drinking openly in the back and setting Tecates on what seemed like their prep table. Their bean and cheese burrito is 5.99 just like their beef and chicken burritos. Whoever gives them 5 stars must not want to walk more than a couple blocks.

They have a new cook or something cuz the food is DRY. I always get carne asada fries or Cali burritos & I find myself searching for the sour cream & guacamole. Smh & I’m writing this review today because once again they didn’t get my order right. Stop hiring them paisas who can’t speak English.

This place is good for the most part, the prices are decent as they don’t skimp out on anything here. I do believe the prices were hiked up though and I don’t know if it’s worth it as much. They have a little salsa/hot sauce serve yourself bar thing going on so you can over load on the hot sauce(taco shops are almost always sheisty on the sauce!). I drink hot sauce so I love when I see that I can pack my own hot sauce to go. They stay open until like 11. Parking isn’t too shabby, I usually have no problems. Food comes out pretty quick and I’m not waiting too long. My only complaint really is that their customer service could definitely improve. I called once to order and the girl not only rushed me off the phone, she didn’t get my order right! I arrived and they pretty much told me, «oh well, we didn’t catch that when you called and we’re closing». The order that night was for two people… guess who was the unlucky one who had nothing to eat that night?)=

Best taco shop in city heights. Must try the potato tacos if you’re trying something new.

Save your money!!! Everything was over priced here and disgusting. I’m sure their only customers are the people who live on Euclid street that just walk there… It’s so dirty inside and the food was nasty! Ordered a carne asada burrito and the steak was burnt and dry!!! There was only a VERY small amount of guac and pico(that I paid extra for) in the middle of the burrito. When I got to the middle(mainly just throwing away most of the meat to get there) I took two bites, and the guac was done… Smh!!! And their rolled tacos is so gross no meat. And tastes like it’s been frozen for a while. I only chose to get food there cause it was on the way to my house and I had to grab something to eat before work but NEVERAGAIN… City heights has so many better taco shops

The best taco shop I have ever been to. I’m a very picky eater and every time I order here, they get it just the way I like it. Love this place!

I have been coming here for over 10 yrs(since I moved to City Heights). Always been my go to place! The food is good but occasionally isn’t hot enough, something like lukewarm. The price has gone up recently. Only negatives… It’s close to home so I can’t complain

Adobada fries. How can you mess it up right? Well, not necessarily messed up but never again Bravos. It’s hood here right? I figured hood = bomb food. Nah. Top 3 of pretty gross fries. Undercooked, even cold. Bunch of chunks of fat on the meat. Would I go again? Nah.

I think I just had my 20th bean and cheese burrito from Bravos. You really can’t go wrong with a bean and cheese burrito. Had a California burrito and a fish burrito there a few times and they were great… and they are all large. My friends have had an array of burritos and they rave about them. It’s a neighborhood Taco Shop that has quite a variety of Mexican food… they even have soups! There’s nothing special about the place. It’s in a little strip of stores next to a laundry and market… but there’s plenty of parking. I always order to go and the person on the line always says the order will be done in 5 mins… and it is! Also, you can get a little bag of hot carrots for free to munch on. I really like this place because the food is good and the service is prompt. Plus the people are friendly!

Bravo’s is located down the street from where I work. My co-worker goes there at least once a week for us. I love the carne asada burritos and the shrimp burrito the best! You better be hungry when you order a burrito because they are huge! You definitely get your money’s worth! You get 2 thumbs up from this fluffy foodie!

A homemade kinda vibe. Food can be inconsistent. Ordered rolled tacos and a bean and cheese burrito on my last visit. The red hot sauce was very smokey tasting. It had some powder spices instead of whole peppers. I’m guessing also some dried rehydrated guajillo peppers. The beans were alright/Not bad. The cheese in the burrito was barely melted. The rolled tacos were made from scratch. Meat in them could be more tender. A unique flavor. Huge chunky tomatoes. Doesnt come with sour cream.

they now charge to use a card, they just started this and I’m not a fan of having to pay a fee just to pay for food. It’s the 21st century, people use cards

The food is great, my favorite is the carne asada burrito. Prices are decent and they make their own hot sauce. They make their own delicious hot sauce. They make their own delicious hot sauce that I use on food when I cook. They make their own hot sauce that should be bottled and profited from…

My boyfriend and I use to come here all the time but we stop coming here due to a new cook. The portion size and food wasn’t the business. It wasn’t that great like how it use to be. They cashier always looks bored and we get the vibe that she doesn’t want us there. Also my boyfriend got food sick from the food here. So we stop coming. One year later, we came back to try it again. Bravo finally got there mojo back. The portion was a lot bigger and not as skimpy and everything was cook throughly. Yay to no food sick. The taste was a lot better then before. Cashier lol still the same but it’s whatever.

How does this place not have 5 stars? The salsa is amazing. They make it themselves. Even if they don’t, it’s better than any I’ve ever had. And the burritos… I can’t even find words to explain how phenomenal they are.

This review is based mainly on their fish burrito. I was craving a fish burrito and decided to try this place out because it had decent reviews and it was nearby. Little did I know, I would face the most disappointing Mexican food experience to date. Their«fish burrito» was priced more expensively than other restaurants at $ 6.75(all the places I’ve been to charge in the low $ 5s). I thought maybe the higher price would equate to better quality so I placed my order. When I bit into my burrito, I wondered whether I had ordered the wrong item because I couldn’t taste any fish. The tiny pieces of fish were covered in a thick layer of batter. It felt more like I had ordered a «batter burrito.» Additionally, my friend ordered their carne asada burrito which was the same price as the batter burrito. There was a generous amount of carne asada in the burrito, but I found it to be overly salty and just okay. In conclusion, I will never be coming back and would not recommend this restaurant, especially not for their fish burrito!

Went in to get a carne asada burrito as I was doing laundry, the cashier took my order and others behind me. As time flew by and seeing people come in minutes later order and get food after me I spoke to the lady and she seemed confused and had the cook make me food, by now 15 minutes had passed… Ate the food and it tasted so plain, like the carne asada was not marinated or even at least salted just plain meat. never coming back again.
