I contacted Brian as I needed a quick-​turnaround appraisal for a property I was considering buying. Although he was booked, he immediately provided a referral. Indeed, instead of just saying «call bob soandso,» he took it upon himself to contact «bob» on my behalf, connecting us by text. It is a true mark of Brian as a professional that he was willing to assist me even when he was not able to do the work himself. As a consumer, I feel it is important to recognize such professionalism as it is, unfortunately, rare. I hope that this will encourage others to work with Brian and I will certainly be in contact with him should I need appraisal services again.

My accountant told be that I needed to get a date of death appraisal, back dated to the date of my mother’s passing. I called around and could tell Brian had done a lot of them and helped me understand better what I needed. He charged $ 50 less than his competition, the appraisal arrived on time, and I am very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this guy!

Brian Ward IS one of the best at appraisals in the San Diego area. He has helped me out with so many questions. He has by FAR the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. He is not only great at what he does, but he is honest, fair, and cheap! For his prices you are getting much much more than just an appraisal you are getting a one on one consultation on what goes into each appraisal. I have and will continue to highly recommend Brian to all of my friends and Family.

Brian, the owner, personally came out and did a very thorough and fair, I believe, appraisal on my University City residence. He was very professional and had the appraisal done for the $ 299 flat fee as advertised and completed the report in three business days !!! I would definitely use him again!!!
