A week ago, CalCoastCarpets cleaned the carpet throughout my home and replaced/​repaired a small piece of carpet that had been bleach damaged. I called and spoke to Omar who gave me a reasonable price over the phone and set up an appointment. The service technician, Hector arrived on-​time and was professional and pleasant to work with.
Most importantly, the work they did was outstanding. You can’t tell where they did the repair even though it was in a high traffic area because it was blended so well — sheer perfection.
After Hector finished cleaning my carpets, they looked brand new and a week later they still look amazing! In addition, my carpets were dry within 4 hours after the job was completed which was great.
