Can’t stop thinking about the bomb food provided by Ms Capri for our annual tailgate!!! We hired her and her krew to cook for 50+ drunk guys at Chargers game! And boy did Ms Capri come through!!!
She provided a spread that included a couple tasty salads, rolls, the best lobster mac n cheese ever, grilled veggies, her famous crab boil, and the most tender smoked tri tip I’ve had in minute (that means long time).
All of it was finished off with a make your own ice cream sandwich bar!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
If you are looking for amazing food, served from the heart, with class and love…
LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
BTW…I heard she is doing weddings now, too!!! SO MUCH YES!!!

Capri catered the holiday party for my department at work. It was completely last minute and the first time we contracted someone outside of the cafeteria. Capri was professional and polite throughout the entire process. I gave her my budget and she customized a menu to fit our needs and cost. She was well prepared and her whole demeanor was very nice. Thanks again for such a great service and the food was delicious.

I don’t know where to even start. Her food is beyond amazing the levels of flavors in all her dishes have your taste buds going crazy. Her Alfredo sauce is to die for. Let’s not forget she’s so sweet and professional. I will continue to use her in the future for all my family events.
I love that she has options for everyone’s budget. She will create a menu to fit your needs! I’ve never had better service then I did from Capri catering.
