I am a real estate broker in San Diego and Cascade Construction is my go-​to contractor when a client needs a referral. I’ve worked with Joe (the owner) and his team for several years and I’m excited to see him finally start to market their services. Joe is consistent (shows up on time), dedicated (answers his phone!) and works with my customers (provides fair prices). I was always so impressed with these guys that I recently hired them to remodel my investment property in Oceanside. I highly recommend Cascade Construction! Plus, the owner is total babe.

I had a mystery plumbing leak from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs shower… I had two plumbers come in and tell me that it couldn’t be the pipes, that I might have a crack in my bathtub?! The issue needed to be fixed, because wherever the water was coming from, it was rotting away the drywall in the ceiling below. Joe from Cascade Construction was able to quickly pinpoint the problem (the pipe in the upstairs tub overflow was not connected, so water was leaking through). He quickly and expertly repaired the plumbing problem and the drywall on the wall/​ceiling below. Will absolutely use their services again!
