Pop up restaurant is official… Food is top notch!!! Love the ambiance and the presentation. Job well done!!!

Geoff the chef is amazing. I love the menu and the idea of a pop up Chef. Presentation is key and you know how to present. Love it. Keep doing what you doing.

Third time is NOT a charm. 2 weeks ago Geoff had commited to be at 1 of my favorite breweries, but apparently something better came up ’cause he sent a subordinate that had no idea what to do or where to go. The sliders were 3 mini meatballs on slider rolls w/​ketchup on the side, that’s it! Last week Geoff was there and we ordered teryaki wings, waited A LONG time and he came up and said he made the wrong wings & we’d have to wait — he didn’t offer the wrong wings to hold us over nor did he offer anything else to cover his mistake, screwed again. Finally, last Friday, he was there again and I ordered the bacon burger, it should’ve come with pineapple slaw but didn’t and Geoff didn’t say anything about it. Pay for what you get? I «paid» more and then some! Someone needs to «ground» this flying chef.

I visited the pop up restaurant last night. The atmosphere was intimate, charming and the service was top notch. All service staff greeted us warmly and continued a rather attentive service to requests. The food was amazingly delicious and allowed us to try unique dishes I couldn’t imagine placing together.
Before each of the 4 courses Chef Geoff described his creation and a brief story which inspired each tantalizing recipe.
I would certainly recommend visiting his pop up locations with a date. A perfectly romantic yummy dinner.
I can’t wait for the next event.

Went to Admirals tonight for the pop up restaurant. The food was excellent. Starting with the Caesar salad in the parmesan cheese bowl to the dessert. Even though the menu was seafood extensive he made a special plate for me because of an allergy. The chicken was seasoned and so moist. The veggies in the red wine sauce was the best veggies I have ever eaten. I will definitely return.
