If you stop by here for lunch on a weekday just a little after lunchtime, they run out of the popular meats, and you have to get something else or wait for them to make some more.
Fast service, courteous staff.

Wow! One of the workers named Oscar has amazing customer service ! He made sure I was well taken care of at the register & was very polite. I will definitely come to this chipotle again whenever I’m in the area. It’s perfect location being right next to Walmart & food for less. If you’re ever in the area stop by for a delicious bite to eat here

My Caterings always get done on time. Everything always looks great and fresh. And they give me a 25 percent off coupon after every visit. I would highly recommend the chipotle by shawline WalMart for all catering needs

The service at this Chipotle location is amazing. The staff were very friendly and efficient and they have some of the best chips and guac I have had at any Chipotle location.

Never coming back to this location ever again. And trust me, I eat chipotle probably every other week but tried this location with my friend for the first time and we were both very disappointed in the customer service and food! This review is mostly because of how disgusted I was with the girl whoever served us the rice for our bowls on how rude she reacted when all we asked was for a little more. I even overheard customers in front of me asking for more rice/​meat also! Like doesn’t that tell you to add a little more for everyone? Not only was the customer service probably the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere, but the chicken was salty! Now I know why this location always looks dead. Sticking to the Chipotle near mission valley & the one near 85 degree bakery!!!

I went here on a Thursday during lunch time. The line was long as usual and as I’m standing in line one of the employees walks in store and starts yelling to the people behind the register. So annoying and loud and then on top of that the employees at the register had no customer service. One guy just stood there staring at me and ignored my bowl, so another girl took it over. I will not be coming back to this location.

Lunch rush on a Thursday and half the crew is new people. #done
Literally I’ve been disappointed by this location almost every time I’ve been here (it’s close to work). The last 2 times I’ve actually complained to corporate and gotten burrito cards. This time… I’m just over it. Horrible customer service for a chipotle, kind of skimpy portions, and just a lame experience. If I’d never been to another chipotle, and this was what I thought they were like, I’d easily say I didn’t like chipotle that much. They are supposed to be so much better.
Also the parking lot sucks big time.

I looooooove Chipotle! It’s great for a healthier fast food option. My go to burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, half chicken, half steak, pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce, corn and a side of hot sauce.
This particular location is convenient for me and I love how quickly the employees here work. The staff is always welcoming and they don’t mind making accommodations.
Chipotle, go ahead, take all my money. You’re delicious!

Steak looked like it had been sitting for awhile… so I ordered chicken… chicken was full of fat pieces and cartilage… not appetizing at all. If you have dread locks should u be wearing a hair net?

Worst chipotle experience, food bins were almost empty and therefore they served veeeery little of everything, there was about 5 – 6 young employeees yelling and laughing and been extremely loud and unprofessional, i asked 3 times for a flour tortilla and waited a long time for them to forget and the just throw it at me later, and they charged me and extra bowl by mistake and didnt even said sorry at the very least when i asked for the error to be corrected, i spoke to the very unprofesional manager or person in charge at that moment 3pm 8÷28÷2015 and told her about they extremely loud conversations pushing and bad experience i had and with a big sarcastic smile said well you can go ahead and write to our website, extremely bad experience overall, never going back !

The crew here is always friendly and the food is excellent. No issues here…

The employees here aren’t as personable as some of the other locations that I’ve been too. Most of the time when my friends and I were trying to order, they were side talking and whomever the person in charge was kept tasking and refocusing the employees to do tasks. She would kind of yell at them to stay on task in front of us which personally made me feel really uncomfortable. I think there is always a time and place for things like this, but 100% not in front of the guest eating at your place.

We love Chipotle, and its great for going to occasionally cause it can be a bit pricey. Small menu so no matter where you go for Chipotle its all good-​we find the staff makes the difference. This one they were friendly and pretty quick, the cashier was the nicest of them all. I have tried the salads, the burritos and the tacos-​tacos are my fave.

Big fan of Chipotle, but have been disappointed lately at other locations. This was my first ever visit to this location, and great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great burrito with all fresh ingredients. Even the the restroom was spic and span. Five star for sure!

While the food is always very good here, I can only give this review 3 stars — based on our «to go» experience this evening.
First, I must say that we love both the chicken & steak bowls. Unfortunately, within 5 min. of departing the store, they always seem to be just lukewarm.
The manager that was working this evening really needs to slow down & not be barking out orders to the staff & rudely stating that guacamole is an extra $ 1.95 and did we really want it. Maybe had there been a line I might understand her sense of urgency, but there was one customer behind us. No eye contact — just slap it together & send it down the line. It made me feel as though she was throwing slop in a container and didn’t comprehend that she was making my dinner. A smile might have helped, as well.

I love me some Chipotle. This location is located in a little strip mall right off of Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Kinda hard yo spot if you don’t know it’s there. Food is always good and you know what you are getting.
Did I mention that I love Chipotle?!?

This location is very generous with their portions! nothing I hate more then getting a steak bowl with lettuce and having like two pinches of lettuce.
Probably the biggest steak bowl I’ve ever had at Chipotle! I’ve been to locations where the amount of food they give you doesn’t even fill your bowl… :(
Ingredients were fresh, crunchy lettuce, juicy meat. I will try to make this the only Chipotle I go to from now on :)

Chipotle is pretty consistent no matter where you are in U.S. They really have a limited menu (which they do well) with the extra added bonus of some mex style tofu for our carnivorous plant eating friends. Service was extremely proficient — just like the chow line in the military… or local prison system.
I just wish they would try different seasonings — or different salsas — because it can get boring eating here.

So… I’ve decided to try a low carb diet. It has been one week and I am going strong. It’s not as bad as I thought it would be and I actually can eat a lot of good stuff. I have a new appreciation for the salad. This place was close to work so I decided to come over and grab a salad during my lunch break.
I ordered a chicken salad ($ 6.70) and I added guacamole ($ 1.75). My total came out to $ 9.34. A bit steep for a salad but as long as it was good, I don’t care about price that much. I took it back to work and dug in. Here is how it was…
The chicken salad was a decent size. Could have been a bit larger for the money but it was still packed with goodies. I got mine with lettuce, chicken, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese and avocado. The lady hooked it up on the guacamole… a huge scoop. The lettuce was crisp, the sour cream and cheese were rich and the pico de gallo salsa added a freshness to it. The chicken was well marinated. It seemed to be a mix of white and dark meat. It was a good salad.
Was it worth $ 9.00? Eh… probably not. Was it tasty? Yes. Will I come back? Probably every now and then. I have never been too impressed with Chipotles burritos and tacos but now I have a reason to come here. The salad was better than anything else I have had from here. Its perfect for a low carb diet and even with the guacamole, its only about 10 net carbs. It kept me full all night and did taste good. Bravo, Chipotle. You finally have something that I like!

Yes I am a huge fan of Chipotle. It’s like, even when you’re unhappy, they will still try to help you because they care about customer service (see In n Out and Trader Joe’s).
This location is a bit more hidden, which is nice because it’s not crowded even during peak lunch time. Perhaps that will change once more people know of this location.
Quality control is great — the steak is always juicy and tender, quality and nicely diced lettuce, and they are generous if you ask for more extras. I usually order the salad bowl sans the dressing, and load up in the fajita veggies, pico de gallo, cheese, more lettuce, and guacamole if I’m feeling in the extra «treat yo’self» mood.
