Went to their drive thru and bought a 14 pcs chicken meal. We asked for just one plate and we’re told that they cant give us even ONE plate, plates are for dine in only. REALLY??? Very good customer service. Not even worthy of 1 star

Food was alright but it always takes forever. Plus the employees have no customer service and seemed to hate taking your order

I’m sorry but if this location could get 0 stars I would have marked it! I regret this last minute decision to grab dinner from this Church’s! I have not had it in years and never from this location and after that last visit I will NEVER give them my business again! First it took four tries to get my order completed through the drive-thru either because the girl(which by the way was not very pleasant or professional) kept cutting me off to do something else or she couldn’t hear me. Then we were told that it would take 15 mins for the chicken. We figured it would be worth it and agreed to wait. We paid for our food around 8:25 pm and were instructed to park. We waited 20 mins then decided to go check on our order. The lights were dim, the doors were locked and they were laughing & texting on their phone. When we asked about or order they said they forgot and it would be ready in 5 mins. Another 20 minutes go by and we go check on our order again and they’re amused by something and laughing away. We grab our food and once home open the bags only to find the boxes and bag saturated with grease as if the chicken was not set to drain in the basket. I know it’s fried chicken but it was excessive! Aside from that, one of the boxes had chicken that was so overcooked it was a very dark brown, as if it had been fried twice and the chicken was so dry! After seeing what we were given we figured that’s what they were laughing at! If I could post the pics I would! I’ve worked in a fast food restaurant, I know what the job entails, the quality of product/service that’s expected and the demeanor in which one should act. Management needs to do their job and address all the issues this location is having and EVERYONE in that restaurant needs to be retrained in customer service and how to prepare food! DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION!!! Definitely not worth the $ 32 I paid & still have not heard back from their corporate office re feedback! I guess they don’t care.

This was one of the dirtiest fast food places I’ve ever been in. I had to clean our own table and it was filthy. The floor was dirty, the service was slow, and the bathroom was disgusting.

this is one of the worst churche’s ive been too. the forgetful staff needs constant reminder of what you want in the drive-tru and even then the order was wrong. the chicken was cold and the meal was distastful all together. for shame!

Very disappointing; I asked for unsweetened tea, guy says they don’t have any. I asked for a coke then he says they’re out, took FOREVER to fill the order ! Finally get our chicken and it’s not very fresh… not coming back here ever again. It looked really dirty too.

This place is everything that is wrong with fried chicken. You already know that you are eating something that is bad for you but this place just takes it to the next level. I love fried chicken but this place was just plain bad! Really greasy chicken that had been sitting there all day and became soggy instead of crispy. No flavor whatsoever and its way overpriced. Also, this place is really dirty and makes you feel like your eating in a truck stop restroom. Try Louisiana’s fried chicken nearby. Way better option!

VERY disappointed. I haven’t had Church’s Chicken in YEARS and drove all the way to San Diego(7HOURDRIVE) to find out that the chicken is now over-priced and that the service at this particular branch is NOT good. I ordered a 9 pc. box of SPICY chicken and 4 pc. box of biscuits for around $ 15. Yeah, what the hell was I thinking? But hey, you can’t blame me. For someone who hasn’t had Church’s Chicken for a long time, it seemed worth it… which was what I thought. The cashier was rude. I was in the middle of ordering and kept on talking to the staff cooking chicken in Spanish. When she was done chatting, she then asked, «Ah? Could you repeat your order again?» So, the waiting began… Oh, look! As I was waiting, the guys cooking the chicken realized that there wasn’t anymore spicy chicken left. Here’s a question for you guys: Did the cooks… A) Cook more spicy chicken to please my craving or B) Act like there was spicy chicken, and instead gave me regular non-spicy chicken Did you pick«B»? GREATJOB. One of the guys speaking Spanish glanced at me while he was giggling at what one guy was saying while picking out my chicken. Hey genius, I may not speak Spanish but I know for a fact that you’re intentionally ruining my order; by just observing your actions, I know you did something wrong. But, I’m a nice guy, so I did give them a chance. When I got home, I wanted to storm back in there and ask for them to fix my order; 2 spicy, 7 regular. However, I couldn’t drive back since I live about 45 minutes away. Here’s a tip for future customers: The spicy chicken costs MORE than the regular chicken, so to avoid a problem like this, just order regular chicken and grab some hot sauce. The regular chicken isn’t bad, but c’mon. I payed extra for spicy, I payed extra for a reason. So, what was the two stars for? I’m glad you asked! The four biscuits I ordered? They were actually pretty good, so half a star per biscuit. I’m sure the staff here are great people, but unfortunately, I am not coming back to this branch. As a matter of fact, I’m not coming back to any Church’s Chicken place ever again; it’s not the same as before.
