I don’t know who Vanessa is, but the office is closed on Sundays. 11/​22/​2015 was a Sunday. So again another person writing a review on here that is not TRUE!!!

Horrible customer service. I am not a resident, could have possibly been a potential had I been able to view the unit. I’ve shown up twice to view the unit as it was advertised in Craigslist to be an open house today and yesterday.
What kind of open house doesn’t have a door open, didn’t have the address listed on the ad and doesn’t pick up the office phone when trying to call multiple times over multiple days. After reading the reviews I wanted to go in open minded and view the unit. All I can do is believe this is Devine intervention and I will gladly rent elsewhere.
I really hope ownership reads these reviews. If not, I will contact myself.
Taking two days to make the drive and not be able to get in contact or even view a so called open house is a shame & I know I’m not the only one as two other interested parties have come and gone in the ten minutes I sat in the hot sun waiting.

Horrible place to live. Awesome location but everything here is a bad experience! Management and maintenance, everything!!! There’s cracks in all walls with bugs coming in!

I was Apt 48 for last 9 months. It is very good apt with all facilities. NO fear to Proposition 65 as well.
Our expereience was very good there. If you keep clean, they also refund considerable amount. New Manager is very good and she cares all issues. Price is high since it is month to month. We will miss that apt.

If you’re looking to move into a complex that is poorly managed and deal with managers that are far from professional then this is the place for you. Right from the get go they pick and choose which of the rental agreements they want to follow, and if one is not followed they throw the book at you despite many other discrepancies. Upon move out, even if you meticulously clean AND have the on site property manger check your work a day early, for the sake of correcting any issues so that you ensure you get your entire security deposit back, you’ll get taken advantage of and lose a portion of your money. And when this happens and you go back to said manager and calmly explain why this situation is unfair, she will then raise her voice and interrupt you and then tell you she won’t listen anymore and to leave her office. We were picture perfect tenants and always sought out her permission before we did anything, to avoid this sort of back lash. Yet here we are, denied a portion of our deposit. This is a terrible place to live, extremely over priced, and run by emotional inexperienced individuals.
