SCAMSCAMSCAM!!! Beware this business is a scam. I found them on Groupon, so I got it. Spoke with the«owner» to schedule. She tells me that she’s only available in the morning on January 28th because she and a friend are going to the Super Bowl in Phoenix the afternoon of the 28th. After the phone call I text my address to the phone on which she called me. I get a response text saying she is only accepting cash or PayPal. Odd, I just told her I was going to use the groupon. She then tells me that with the groupon she needs 2 weeks advance notice to use. I tell her that I told her just 2 minutes ago that I was going to use the groupon and she said«ok, it’s a great deal». I tell her that if she won’t accept it than I was going to get a refund from groupon. She then agrees to it. That should have been the big red flag saying get the refund now! Well, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. The morning of the appointment rolls around. Scheduled for 8:00, around 9:15 I call and leave a message asking where she was and why she was so late. Around 30 minutes later I get a text saying she can’t make it but how about tomorrow? Wait a second, she said she was going to the super bowl in Phoenix. How is she offering me an appointment when she told me the night before she wasn’t going to be in town? Scam alert! I tell her today is the only option. She then asks how long I will be home, and that she could come by but no later than 3:00pm. At this point I go with it knowing that it was a scam. I ask her how long she thinks it’ll take before could get to my place. She says she’s up in La Jolla so she’s close. That’s the last I hear from her. I wait around until 3:00 and hear nothing and nobody shows up. Summary, Cleaned with Heart is a scam. Any company that tells you they only take cash or PayPal yet is on Groupon, chances are they are a scam.
