We met with a lot of realtors before deciding on Cody and I can easily say that it proved to be the best decision by far. Cody was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process from looking at homes to closing on our condo. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. My wife and I were first time home buyers and new to San Diego and Cody answered all of our questions easily and patiently. He helped with everything right down to interacting with my bank on matters for the loan. Without exaggeration I can say that there were a number of times through the process that my wife and I said to each other «I’m so glad we chose Cody…»
Seriously do yourself a favor, make your home buying process easy on yourself and go with Cody…

FIVE STARS GO TO THIS GUY!!! He totally earned it. Cody was so helpful in finding the house my roommates and I share, and in working out the lease details. He totally went up to bat for us and knocked some money off the monthly rent which was really great. But the best thing was that even after we got the place and had a bit of a leaky ceiling he came to help, which he didnt have to do at all. Cody is truly a person who goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are satisfied with the places they rent out. Thanks Cody :)

Cody has been an amazing help throughout the process of locating our new home as well as through the leasing negotiations. We were moving from out of state and could not easily view the proprties so Cody did a personalized video tour and sent it to us. Cody is very attentive and responsive and willing to do whatever needs to be done to make it an easy transition. He has followed up with us consistently throughout the move to offer assistance. On our first night in the new house, we were surprised to find a bottle of champagne and a card left by Cody! He has truly made this experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Cody and will definitely call on him for future moves.
