We washed our clothes here and were sitting at the provided tables, we look over at the folding counter only to see over 5 roaches just running in and out of the cabinets under that counter. It was so disgusting.

I tried a few places in PB, and this is my favorite one! Their prices are very decent, the staff is always nice, and I have never had any problem with my laundry. I always use their fluff and fold service, and it’s always done on time, and depending on what you want, they will either put your clothe on hangers or fold them.

This place is a great value. It’s cheaper than mrs bubbles and it’s bigger, better ventilated and has better equipment. Plus the staff is so nice! The dry cleaning prices are a little steep but I highly recommend the coin laundry :)

Looks like all the other reviews are for the coin op. I’ve tried about three laundry places in PB for fluff and fold drop off laundry service. This one is my favorite. It differentiates from others by(1) being no hassle;(2) being punctual;(3) they’ll hang your shirts/pants and use garment covers. My typical routine here: drop off on the way to work in the morning, pick up on my way home. Zero issues. Don’t quote me on the price, since all places like this have a dynamic pricing schedule based on varying utilities cost, volume, etc., but IIRC it was $ 1.25 per pound with a $ 20 minimum. You can find cheaper in PB, but not at the same quality level. If you have a busy work schedule or are just lazy, or both, fluff and fold is for you. I can spend a few precious hours of my free time watching my laundry spin around, or drop it off here then go watch football and drink beer. Hmm, let me think …

I arrived at 8:00 pm to do a few loads of laundry. Right when 9:00pm hit the lady turned off all the fans and closed all the doors. There was several other people in the laundry store so we opened up the doors again because while she was standing in the back of the launder-mat the front was VERYVERY hot. Shortly, she came back up and shut them again and locked us inside. She went back to the back and stood in front of her fan. I tried to hurry as best as possible, because I felt very uncomfortable. Several people tried to leave and the lady acted like we were ruining her life and moped over to unlock the door. Finally at 9:30 I was done and had to wait 5 mins for her to decide to let me out. I said, «Excuse me are you closed?» and she said«yes.» I said, «but the sign on the door says 10:30,» and showed her. She walked out to look at it and said«Oh, look here.» A tiny little sign next to it said last wash at 9:00pm. I said okay, thats fine but I started my laundry at 8:00pm. You closed down all the fans, began to sweep, around my feet making me have to stop what I was doing and walk to a corner so you could finish sweeping, and closed all the washers, even locked the front door at 9:00pm. We still had an hour an a half before we needed to leave. She just looked at me. Apparently, she didn’t want to be there and so decided it was time to get everyone out early. She locked up after us at 9:30pm. This is a block from my house, but I will gladly travel to another block to have better customer service!

I used to go to this place all the time before the remodeling and the prices weren’t bad and I enjoyed the music and free wifi. On Fridays it was only 1.50 to wash which isn’t bad… Now the prices are 2.50 to wash! I’m not happy about the prices even tho it’s close to my house I’m gonna have to find a new place…

Great coin laundry equipment and friendly staff! I love the commercial washers and dryers. They thoroughly cleaned our comforters!

I only come here because it’s conveniently located right across the street from home. It seems a little overpriced($ 1.75 per wash for the small machines and $ 3, $ 4, and $ 5 for the next three sizes). A quarter buys you 7 minutes for the dryer. Granted, this is my first experience with a laundromat(every other apartment I’ve lived at came with the washer/dryer in the unit), but when you hear that washes are only $ 1 at your friends’ apartment complexes, you can’t help but feel a little cheated. Except that I’m too lazy to lug all my laundry to their complexes, so I actually have nothing to complain about. Definitely try to get here as soon as it opens(I always arrive no later than 7:10AM). The machines get occupied pretty quickly and by 7:45AM, there’s already a steady stream of people coming in and out.

I think as far as laundromats go, this place is worthy of a good review. I’ve been doing laundry here for a few years now and the majority of the time it’s very clean and kept up. I think the staff are very friendly and helpful and except for the occasional homeless man getting naked next to you as he changes into his warm clean clothes, its a great place to do your laundry. They also have $ 1.50 Sundays so that’s nice for those on a budget. AND you can’t beat free wi-fi while you wait for your laundry.

They keep the place neat and clean which is nice. BUT I would like a wash machine and dryer that can clean and dry my clothes without destroying them. $ 1.50 Sundays, sometimes you get what you pay for.
