CompuOne would get 6 stars if I could check that box! We have had several IT services at our firm over the years and there is no comparison as to how good they are! They helped us with a new facility build-​out and configuration of this site. They have managed our company’s IT needs with on-​site service when needed, but mostly it’s done remotely now because it runs so smooth. They have secured hardware and software for us at great rates and made sure the purchases were technically appropriate. The commitment to great service is off the charts good, their team is professional, helpful and are technically excellent. Did I mention their rates and fees are awesome by comparison. They have been a great business partner and I would highly recommend them. I do not need to worry about my IT needs because CompuOne takes care of them, so we can do what we do for business.

Compuone is absolutely amazing. Our practice has been using them since 2000 and their staff have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s been my experience that when they send someone out to fix a technical problem they break 3 more things and so they have to keep coming back over and over again to continue to fix problems. I don’t think they have competent technical staff to solve issues so that is why they fix one thing and break 3 others. Very frustrating and costly.
