ComSatAV

I have used ComSatAV for 4 years to service the TV needs in the Carlsbad location of our Pacific Business Centers office. They are REALLY good. As far as I can tell this is a relatively small, locally owned and operated business which is a huge plus for me. In addition to supporting the little guy, I like to know I can talk to the man (or woman) pulling the strings if I want/​need to.
Unfortunately, at the time we did the original installation, I was not aware that they do all kinds of commercial AV design/​install and I ended up using an even smaller company for our Boardroom AV integration. Basically this other company I used was 2 dudes and then they split and there was one dude and two years later I can’t find either one of them. ComSatAV is a small biz, but they are established and won’t disappear on you a few months after they do your install. They have a lot of established big companies as customers. Today I called them about coming out and fixing some of the stuff the other guys screwed up. ComSatAV will get all my new business now that i understand the scope and range of the services that they offer.
I have spoken with both Jonathan Feld (Founder) & Michael Barthel (Lead Technician) on multiple occasions and each one is both knowledgeable and personable. The Office Manager, Danielle, has been there since before 2009 and she is exceedingly friendly and professional. We’ve maybe had to contact them once a year since our install and she actually remembers us each time.
What else can I say. Use these guys. You won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough about Jonathan and Michael. I was in a real bind and they helped me out. My DirecTV system took a dump 1 day before leaving town for a month. No big deal since we would be gone except we had arranged for friends to house sit for us and satellite TV with HBO was a big attraction for them.
I called Commercial Satellite and left a message. Within 10 minutes Jonathan called back. I described my problem and situation to him and while they usually cater to businesses he agreed to help me out. An hour later Jonathan and Michael arrived and jumped right into it. Despite symptoms they almost never see, they fixed me up pronto. These guys know what they are doing including using some custom designed equipment which really helped get to the bottom of the issue. Besides that they are nice guys. If you need help with a DirecTV system these are the guys to call.
