Consuul Printing and Design

Initiated dialogue to create a custom product. After providing them with a custom sample, Consuul and I agreed on a project price and set a production date. Soon after, Rick at Consuul stopped responding to emails or taking my phone calls. I don’t know if they went out of business, or were just blowing me off. In any case, poor customer service and terrible experience that set my production back two months.

Ive been prinitng with conssul for two or three years now. I started a clothing company a few years ago, called Dienasty Select, and knew zero about the screen printing process. THey were incredibly patient and gave me the screen printing 101 by walking me through their production facility and showing me each step how a shirt is made. This helped SO much when designing our shirts (keeping in mind all of the new techniques we learned on how to cut costs by designing easier to print art (less colors/​or gradient of colors etc.)
They were quick and really affordable. I have used three other San Diego screen printers and Consuul has been the best in quality, price and customer service by far!
They helped with the back end of our stuff as well (tags, bags, etc.) and even got us snapbacks made at really cheap costs which allowed for great mark up :) Definitely recommend these guys for any size printing job.

The only reason I’m even giving this place one star, is because I ordered t-​shirts from them a while ago and they were great, high-​quality, and a smooth ordering process.
Six months later, it is IMPOSSIBLE to order t-​shirts to be made from their website, let alone to get somebody to pick up the phone when you call, or answer your numerous e-​mails! Maybe this place has gone out of business?
I was really pulling for this company and willing to support local business, but not with their horrible business practices. If you want customers, you have to pick up your phone, answer your e-​mails, and have a functioning site!

All I know is I won a contest for a $ 1000 voucher to use here and they did not honor it… Thanks guys.
