Coral Bay Park and Canyon

Oh wow, this is funny. This complex made a second account because their other one had such bad reviews. Don’t be fooled by their «model» unit and nice appliances. IT IS NOT THE SAME AS YOUR ACTUAL UNIT. The appliances are old as hell and the heaters don’t work. It’s 30 degrees at night. I’ve slept with 4 blankets and a space heater. Oh and the carpet is not new.
Roach infestations. They’ve made my kitchen their home more than me. They fall out of my bathroom cabinet when I open if. I order food now and eat in the living room because they randomly scatter across my kitchen table and I put all my other food in sealed containers or the fridge. Fumigation just sent them running downstairs to the neighbors through the walls and then back up afterwords.
Black Mold grows all over the walls and ceilings during the winter from the dripping water, condensation on the windows. I had to line it with a towel to stop it.
The lack of ventilation and mold has made my fiancé sick from serious allergies.
The dishwasher doesn’t work, the only button that does is the wash cycle. so if I open it, it will start all over wasting water electricity and time. We pay for the water too. Plus it over flows often, I’ve had to get the water out with a cup by hand. The roaches have made it their sanctuary. If I use it they crawl all over my dishes (gross!). I leave the kitchen light on all night because if I don’t there’s a colony all over the kitchen if I turn it back on at night. You can imaging the Sdge bill.
If I flush the toilet it has overflowed the downstairs neighbors toilet.
I can’t express the irritation of the lack of parenting, there’s kids screaming/​crying all over the complex so school work is impossible. I sleep with ear plugs. Teenagers smoke weed on the benches throughout the complex completely care free.
I could go on but you can go to their other account and read the million other bad reviews. I wish I could give them no stars at all and anyone who’s put a good review is either a fake review or they haven’t lived there long enough for things to get bad.
If they reply to these bad reviews and say they care it’s BS. This place should be ashamed of themselves.
