They were great to work with during our home purchase, they gave us an excellent rate and top-notch service. I like how they are very comprehensive on what you need for the loan and what you need to do to complete your loan settlement. I especially like how Dmitry is upfront and lets you know what is going to happen before you commit yourself to what you are buying.

John Baugh was amazing. He came in at the last minute to help with a purchase transaction that was going sideways. My client’s loan was a done deal and they were ready to move in, but the seller’s broker was not doing his job. John came in and got seller’s loan funded ASAP and saved the deal. Thanks John!

Wanted to throw in a nod to Tim at Cornerstone. He worked pretty hard one day to help a friend of mine up north try to make a loan happen on his house. There were ultimately a couple reasons it wouldn’t work out. However, the service was outrageously prompt. Give these folks a shot. They don’t make you wait around all week for simple answers.
