No matter if your looking to buy or sell your home Cory is always our first to call and recommend. Recently we sold our Villa in Rancho Santa Fe and Cory did an amazing job. Cory is FAST. Not only is he easy to work with, he makes you feel like you have someone that is looking out for you in real estate. I love the fact that Cory does all his work over the internet so no more dealing with sending off things or waiting for signatures on paper. I can tell Cory is dedicated to his clients because he is always fully available through text, email, or a phone call. I recommend him to anyone that wants real estate transactions to be straight to the point and hassle free!

So Cory called me yesterday to request to show my home to one of his clients (we are selling). Agreed on the time and confirmed by text message. On the day he is supposed to come, he is a no show and has yet to respond to a text and voicemail.
If you’ve ever sold your home you will know it is a signifcant effort to make it show ready. It can also be an inconvenience to vacate (we have a dog). If he fell off a cliff or something I will amend my review but if not, I cannot see how anyone would want him as an agent. Really bad form…
