good selection of vinyl, reissues and originals, some tapes and cds. vinyl seemed to be a buck or two more than usual not everything, and its in ob so it understandable. Guy behind the counter is really nice and helpful good spot for ur average picker.

I have shopped at Cow records several times and every time my experience has been great. The owner is always happy to share his knowledge of anything record or music related (and believe me, he is quite knowledgable!) and has been helpful in acquiring rare records in the past. Everything is priced fairly from what I can tell, and the owner isn’t shy about telling you about good deals going on! Overall a great shop which I recommend.

Great lil record store in pacific beach, nice dollar section of random records to dig through. Came away with Bob James 1 and 2 for a dollar and a handful of underground hip hop. Owner is very friendly and always willing to talk music and vinyl. Last time a came in young black guy working pumping some killer punk rock! H. YEAH!

This small but well curated record shop has lots of good and rare vinyl — not much filler here. I could spend a couple of hours checking out the selection. The really good and rare stuff is priced accordingly, say $ 15-$ 50 for the best selections, but some of the lesser stuff is in the $ 4 range. I found a very cool (1949 recording, Capitol Records, new, unopened) jazz album here for $ 17 plus tax.

My friend and his girlfriend at the time came by this location a few months back and found a CD that I’ve been hunting down for quite some time. Just last week we decided to swing by the area and with this being my first time, I noticed the nice selection of CD’s, Vinyl, Cassettes, DVD’s, Videos, Books, and collectibles at reasonable prices. I didn’t find anything for myself, but my friend was able to find something. We were there longer than we expected ’cause the owner had plenty of stories to tell us. In the end, we gave him our business cards maybe hoping to score a job in the near future.
