Great non contract phone co. Has much better phone selection then virgin mobile. Lots of cool phones. Love the monthly easy pay system. Great if you are traveling or if just don’t want that 2 year contract. I think they use cheaper parts for some big brand phones to make them cheaper but I had no problems yet, so another happy customer. I think they use AT&T towers. Thanks cricket.

Excellent Customer Service! I came into get a new line for my business and immediately was greeted by smiles and a very welcoming environment. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable in phones and service and every question I had she was able to respond with an great honest answer. 10⁄10 I would recommend coming here anytime!

Had phone service with Verizon (expensive!) and my phone broke. Didn’t want to buy another phone plus extend my contract another 2 years. Researched prepaid carriers and thought Cricket looked interesting. SO GLAD I DID!!! Karen was amazing. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a new phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime — $ 30 for a $ 180 phone), phone case, service, photos and contacts transferred to new phone, plus they ported my number. Starting out with the most expensive plan — $ 50 per month — just to see how I like it. But I“m sure next month I’ll drop my plan down to $ 35 per month because I’d rather use my wifi at home than pay to walk around surfing the web. All I need and more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Well I’ve came here a lot of times always went to this location to be taken care of and the service phone business is great. I personally don’t have cricket anymore but I will be switching back soon and when I do I will head to this location and see MIKE I haven’t met him we DID business over the phone but he helped me out so much. He activated a phone for me told me the exact price I would be paying out the door and got me taken care of.
That’s customer service thank you really appreciate it.
