Crossroads at House of Blues

Don’t want to give them any stars. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance but when we arrived the table was not ready. They asked us to wait till the people who were at our table left. Um What?!?
Then when the table was ready it really wasn’t and made us wait some more. I told them this was unacceptable. Finally got sat but my chair was broken and they served me a cracked cup that leaked the tea out. Food was not worth it. Never going back.

I give this place minus 10 stars! Worst service ever! Went to eat before the Collective Soul concert were so disappointed. Waitress didn’t know crap about the menu or beer selection. Drinks took so long we went up and got our own. Then bartender said we couldn’t do that — needed to go thru her! What? Place sucked so bad — never eating here again! Oh, and food was way overpriced and small portions. Unless the waitress was wrong, entrees came with no sides.

If I could give it no stars I would. So many homeless people outside the doors (one walking the street in his tidy-​whitey underwear) and the large number of smokers outside is HORRENDOUS.
Our waitress, Chelsea took over 15 minutes just to come say hi. Then she got our drink order wrong (how difficult is a Pepsi, water and two beers)? None of us ever got refills on our beverages. Everything that we tried to order was «sold out» so we all re-​ordered. Manager then came over to say that two of our «second choices» were sold out as well. So a THIRD order was placed. Imagine our surprise when the ORIGINAL order arrived! And then the second order arrived (even though we repeatedly told them of the triple screw-​up). And you guessed it, then the THIRD order arrived.
To make matters worse we were seated RIGHT NEXT TO THE BATHROOM (why they even have a table there I’ll never know).
Way too many DRUNK people in this place. We had a woman drop her glass which shattered and spilled her beverage everywhere and despite our requests to have the glass swept off the floor and the liquid cleaned up it was all still there 90-​minutes later.
Chelsea was never to be seen for the rest of the night except to deliver the bill which was screwed-​up beyond your wildest imagination.
If you must come for a concert (and that venue is a dive) then please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else before the show!

We came to eat here tonight because Lightning Brewery was advertised as the tap takeover guest, but were pleasantly surprised to see it was actually Pizza Port!
We ordered a flight of 4 for $ 15. I had a wedge salad that was delicious (but really, when are they not?) and my boyfriend ordered the pulled pork sandwich. They served with house made pickles that were quite interesting!
Friendly staff and customers. Large dinner menu. Good place to stop before a show at HOB!
